The GOBEY ACADEMY has launched the Potential Project which aims to achieve the following goals:
- Identify target groups and their learning needs, opportunities and concerns.
- Boost the self-confidence and abilities of learners.
- Create awareness among the local public and target groups about their potential to act and achieve their goals based on the needs analyses of the Project Activity Plan.
The concrete objectives of the Potential Project by GObey Academy are as follows:
- Establish a common European identity.
- Reduce prejudices, false stereotypes, and national barriers.
- Share and compare national and personal experiences.
- Enhance mutual knowledge implementation and practices of youth, seniors and professionals in the region through needs analyses.
- Exchange of material among youth trainers, trainees, and decision-makers.
- Discuss and compare common problems and solutions regarding social and economic development, as well as smart development plans through IT tools/smart investment and eco-smart paths roadmaps.
- Develop competencies for active citizenship by having a sense of sharing needs and taking part in social and cultural events such as training, tournaments, concerts, fairs, and formal and non-formal training tools either virtual or physical in the region.
